Rolling The Dice
I just turned down my first offer today. I told them I had a few other things stirring in the pot and that I could not committ at this moment. Not a no but not a yes either. Being somewhat of a gambler anyway - I guess I am just going to roll the dice and see what happens.
As for the weekend - it was great. Very nice and sunny weather. Met with some friends on Saturday night and hung out for a bit. Then on Sunday - I just did laundry and sat on the rooftop reading my Sunday paper with the New York City skyline as a backdrop. All in all - not a bad weekend. I guess I needed it for this upcoming week. Got a second interview at the Wall Street company tomorrow and another phone interview on Friday.

rooftop news paper sounds like old man stuff to me - yet relaxing.

Bob, SM sounds like she knows what she is talking about. Sitting on the rooftop reading your newspaper...drinking regular coffee...how old are you again? It does sound like old man stuff! Maybe you need to be looking for a nice nursing home or retirement center for your next living space! As young as you say you are, you should be out there in Soho...the Village, with other youngsters hanging out ! Doing "hip" things...whatever you whipper-snappers do!
